From the M1 Motorway
Leave the M1 Motorway at Junction 24 and join the A50 to Stoke-
Follow the A522 signposted to Upper Tean and Cheadle for 5.5 miles to the centre of Upper Tean. (You will pass through the villages of Beamhurst, Fole and Checkley). In the centre of Upper Tean you pass a Late Shop on the right then take a right turn signposted to Cheadle and Mobberley immediately before the Blacks Head Public House. Now follow directions from Upper Tean.
From the M6 Motorway
From the North, leave the M6 Motorway at Junction 16 and join the A500 to Stoke-
From the South, leave the M6 Motorway at Junction 15 and join the A500 to Stoke-
Stay on the A50 for 5.8 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit signposted to Blyth Bridge, Upper Tean and Cheadle. Stay on this road for 2.9 miles (you will pass through the village of Draycott) until you are in the center of Upper Tean. As you pass the Blacks Head Public House on the left, turn immediately left signposted to Cheadle and Mobberley. Now follow directions from Upper Tean.
From Upper Tean
From the turning in the centre of Upper Tean, proceed on this road signposted to Cheadle
for 1.1 miles until you reach The Crown Public House. Turn right immediately after The Crown Public House signposted to Freehay and stay on this road as it proceeds up hill for 1.3 miles. At the roundabout by The Queens Public House take the right turn to Great Gate and follow this small country lane for 1.3 miles. Quarry Walk is on the right.
